Base on my policy area: Food, agriculture, and animal policy.

My sub political area: against animal testing.

1. Find three recent and separate claims made about their policy area/problem or solution on

social media (e.g. Twitter or Facebook or another similar platform). Copy the claims into

a document, and describe how each one is related to your policy issue.

2. Verify these claims for factual accuracy by using the backgrounders for topics,

USA.Gov, USAFacts, or Politifact. You may also seek verification of these claims using

credible mainstream media – such as New York Times, Los Angeles Times, etc.

3. Report on the truthfulness of each of your social media claims, by citing in Chicago Manual Style with the appropriate

sources from step number two.
