–Class: Many companies separate performance reviews and salary increases for just the reasons that you mentioned. It’s difficult to justify an exceptional review and a 2% increase, but given their economic conditions, some companies just can’t afford higher amounts. Do you think that separating them is a good practice, and why or why not?
