Complete a total food record of all foods and beverages eaten over a three days period, must include a weekend day. Portion sizes and amounts must be a part of recorded intake. Calculate all calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, iron, calcium , fiber, sodium and phosphorus from daily meals and show record separately for each day, then give an average intake of energy nutrients (carb, fat and protein) eaten over the three days period.
