Create charts, graphs, or tables that lay out what you hope they follow throughout the given plan. The best way to create a program for both nutrition and exercise is to include the plans in a table, using specific details. State any health issues, injuries, limitation if necessary and how you wish to work through these. Use research articles to help you create a program.
Once all information is stated, including programs and tables, write a 2-page paper explaining why you chose the program/nutritional plan that you did, how you expect it to be followed and completed, and what you are hoping the outcome will be. Explain any possible barriers or obstacles that may arise and how these could be overcome.
